Consists of 45mins with GP only for a review of: Past Medical History Family History Treatment History incl drugs/tobacco Review of Systems (Cardiovascular, Respiratory, Glandular, Musculoskeletal, Endocrine, Gastrointestinal, Nervous, Urogenital etc) Followed by a full Examination of all the above systems. Report of conclusions of health factors with an emphasis on risk and ongoing/future liklihood of medical problems. The report is based on a standard proforma Insurance Medical. It may contain recommendations but does not have time to deal with a specific set of symptoms.
