This Statement of Purpose sets out the way in which Susssex Medical Chambers manages its practice with the aim of ensuring safety and quality of service. The Statement is drawn up according to Schedule I of the Care Standards Act Regulations. (§ 6) This Statement informs the individual how Sussex Medical Chambers implements the policies, procedures and protocols in place to ensure the safety and efficacy of the services on offer. This Statement relates to the National Minimum Standards’ criteria as defined by the Care Standard’s Act 2000.
